SAVANNAH WOMEN IN FILM & TV
Savannah Women in Film & TV (SWIFT) is a 501(c)(3) membership organization dedicated to supporting the advancement, equal pay, and fair representation of women working in the film, video, and new media industries. We provide a welcoming community, networking opportunities, workshops, education, job postings and other valuable resources for media professionals and those that wish to be in the creative media industry.
SWIFT is a member of the umbrella groups Women in Film & Television US (WIFTUS) and Women in Film & Television International (WIFTI) where we all work toward the same goal: gender balance in the industry.

Our mission is to support and empower women professionals across all aspects of film and television production, from directing and producing to cinematography and screenwriting. By fostering a supportive network and providing resources, we aim to create a more equitable and diverse industry.
OUR PURPOSE
At SWIFT, we are passionate about driving positive change and promoting women's voices in the film and television landscape. Through our various initiatives, including monthly meetings, mentoring and networking, workshops, panel discussions, and industry events, we aim to elevate the visibility and representation of women in the entertainment sector. Membership in SWIFT is open to women and those identifying as women, who work in the film, video and related industries or those who aspire to work in these fields.
